Hey! I'm Shando and up here you can see our  Vit-Gang. There are five of us. A VIT, by the way, is a Vanter- In -Training. Find out more about gallavant words in the G-Lingo part.
I'm an adventure-specialist. They say I'm also a specialist in getting myself and sometimes the whole Vit-Gang into trouble. But hey! I'm also smart enough to get myself and the others out of it, maybe with a tiny bit of help from my friends.
I love playing the piccolute and perhaps I'll join the G-Crew of the MusicAnts one day when I'm a grown-up vanter.
I'm curious about everything out in Nature. I figure that's how you learn about all kinds of cool stuff.

Hi! I'm Eegee. I'm a member of the Vit-Gang.
I believe in being a really good friend and team player. Sometimes that means talking someone like Shando out of doing risky things and if that doesn't work I go along in case he would need my help.
I like things neat and organized around me. Sharing the Vit-Dorm with Shando, who makes a mess everywhere, is a challenge.
I am for every living being having the right to be who they are. I like to help others and do things for the good of the whole village.
I believe if we all act as one, we can really make things happen. Is that being an ActivAnt? Hmm.
I like to listen to the birds in the morning and know almost every bird-call in Acorn Forest.

Kubo, here! I'm a Vit-Gang member, of course.
I like to keep fit and have loads of energy.
I'm really good with my habs and can fix almost anything. I'll probably join the ConstructAnts when I become a grown-up vanter.
Being a good team player is important to me, too, and I'm good at getting things done quickly.
The rest of the gang say I get impatient when things don't happen quickly enough, but hey, that's who I am.
I'm really proud of being a member of the Vit-Gang, even though I like to tease them all a bit, especially Bok. But, he knows I'm just kidding.
I think I'll do some great things when I become a ConstructAnt.

Bees! Bees! I just LOVE bees! And flowers! And all the beauty here in nature!
Oh, hello! I'm Babba, part of the Vit-Gang. My favorite things to do is to paint and create things. They say I have the soul of an artist.
But for me Mama Gaia is the best artist of all. Just LOOK at all the colors and shapes she has created! Truly awesome!
I also like to have fun and love to sing and dance!  "Party-Vit", the rest of the gang calls me.
Intuition and being in the moment, I think, is a really important part of being alive. I think it helps keeping one safe out here in nature.
To find the silly and funny in everything is also a good thing and Antik, the Queen's jester, is one of my idols.

Bok, that's me. I love food! Food for the mind and food for my Gallavant-body. I love to read and I remember almost everything.
I think a lot and wonder about all the magic stuff that goes on in nature.
I also like to figure things out and solving riddles and problems...especially problems that Shando often gets us into. I'm much more careful than he is and I don't like to do risky things.
My favorite part about Curiosity Trips and other adventures is to think of them afterwards and remember all the stuff we saw, heard, smelled and touched and sometimes tasted. I guess I am pretty curious after all. Here I am in a Birch tree, my favorite tree. To find out more about both trees and us Gallavants you can find an e-book on Amazon.com called "Gallavants - The Tree Book" or together with a grown up, click on this link:    http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JLNRBKE

There is now another e-book available with us, the Vit-Gang. In this adventure Shando gets into some deep water and the rest of us have to figure out how to rescue him. There are also fun facts about cattails, our Plant Of the Month. The title is"
"Gallavants - Shando in Deep Water" Here's the link;
